Purchasing & Downloads

How do I receive my tool after purchase?

Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access all your purchases at any time through your account at My Account → Orders → Downloads.

What format do the tools come in?

Most tools are delivered as web-based HTML files that run directly in your browser — no installation required. Some tools may include Excel (.xlsx) versions as a bonus. Each product page clearly states the format before you buy.

Is this a subscription? Are there recurring fees?

No. Every tool is a one-time purchase. You pay once and own it. There are no monthly fees, no license renewals, and no subscription required. If we release a significant update to a tool you’ve purchased, the update is free.

Can I buy a bundle instead of individual tools?

Yes! We offer curated bundles that group related tools at a significant discount. Check out our Bundles page for current bundle options including the Website Investor Toolkit and the Complete Suite.


Using the Tools

What browser do I need?

Our tools work in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome or Edge for the best experience. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Can I use the tools offline?

Yes. HTML-based tools can be saved to your computer and opened in any browser without an internet connection. Simply download the tool file and double-click it to open — it runs locally in your browser with no server required.

Can I share a tool with my team?

Each license is for personal or single-business use. If multiple people on your team need access to the same tool, please purchase individual licenses. For team or enterprise licensing arrangements, contact us and we’ll work something out.


Refunds & Support

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day refund policy for all tools. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at tools@knightbyrd.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked. See our full Refund Policy for details.

I didn’t receive my download email. What do I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, log into your account at My Account and go to Orders — your download link will be there. If you’re still having trouble, contact us and we’ll resend it manually within a few hours.

Will tools be updated in the future?

Yes. When we release an updated version of a tool you’ve purchased, the update is free — you’ll be notified by email and can re-download from your account. We continuously improve our tools based on user feedback and changes in the underlying data or methodology.
