At KnightByrd Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell digital products (downloadable files), our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our business.

Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on all digital tool purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

To request a refund: Email us at tools@knightbyrd.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • The request is made for a tool purchased on KnightByrdTools.com

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to abuse this policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds of the same product).

Bundle Purchases

Refund requests for bundle purchases will result in a refund for the entire bundle price. Individual tools within a bundle cannot be partially refunded if the bundle has been accessed or downloaded.

Digital Product Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your download link, or if the downloaded file is corrupted or not working as described, this is not a reason for refund — it is a technical issue we will immediately resolve. Please contact us at tools@knightbyrd.com and we’ll either fix the issue or re-deliver your files promptly.

No Physical Returns

As all products sold on KnightByrdTools.com are digital downloads, there are no physical items to return. No return shipping is necessary.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for small businesses. We’re committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly — please give us the chance to make it right first.
